planets aspecting the ASC and their affects on births

i was thinking about this stuff earlier today, only found out then that it is a common experience to have near death births [mother or child, or both] when pluto is harshly aspecting the ASC. i just think its wonderful to have such concrete proof of these planetary energies. pluto is conjunct my asc, my umbilical cord was wrapped around my neck tight and i was going to die. jupiter being in my first house was what saved me. but honestly i wish i died and i got to skip this incarnation. it is what it is.
